Choose the Record Holder
The first local contact is the Ohio County Sheriff's Office. Its listed contact is Matron Annie Jackson, 123 S. The county does not publish separate records-office hours, a request form, or a fee schedule, so ask the office for current instructions before sending a request. Use the source that matches the person's custody stage:
- For an arrest report, booking sheet, or agency-held photo, use the county search and records-request path and contact the Ohio County Sheriff.
- For a current detainee, ask the sheriff which out-of-county jail is holding the person, then check that jail's official roster.
